Program Policy
Appointment Cancellation & No-Show Policy: We offer our tours and consultations by appointment at no cost. To ensure availability for all guests, we ask that appointments be honored or canceled in advance. No-Show Policy: -If a customer fails to attend their scheduled appointment without providing notice, the appointment will be considered a "no-show." Customers who are marked as a no-show will not be permitted to schedule another appointment with our company. Cancellation Requests: If you are unable to attend your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible so that the appointment time may be offered to another customer. We reserve the right to modify or enforce this policy as necessary to ensure fair scheduling and availability for all customers.
