Program Policy
Spa Party Cancellation Policy Thank you for choosing us for your spa party experience. To ensure proper scheduling, staffing, and preparation for your event, the following cancellation policy applies to all spa party bookings. Deposit Policy: A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spa party date and time. Once received, the deposit secures your booking and will not be refunded under any circumstances, including cancellations, no-shows, or changes in attendance. Cancellations: Cancellations made by the client will result in forfeiture of the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled event may be subject to additional charges based on services reserved and preparations already made. Rescheduling: The deposit may be transferred to a new date if a rescheduling request is made at least 72 hours prior to the original scheduled spa party date and time. Rescheduling requests made within less than 72 hours of the scheduled event may result in the forfeiture of the deposit. All rescheduling is subject to availability. The deposit may typically be transferred one time unless otherwise approved by management. No-Shows: If the client or party fails to arrive for the scheduled event without prior notice, the booking will be considered a no-show. All deposits and payments made will be forfeited, and no refunds or credits will be issued. Late Arrivals: Late arrivals may result in a shortened party experience to avoid disrupting other scheduled appointments. Full payment remains due regardless of arrival time. Company Cancellation: In the unlikely event that we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund of any payments made, including the deposit. By submitting a deposit and booking a spa party, the client acknowledges and agrees to this cancellation policy.
